Worry

A little bit here

A little bit there

Adds up to a lot of wasted time

If something is bothering you

Fix it

If you can

And if you can’t fix it

Trust that life

Has your best interest at heart

Prayer works too

Give it to God

And carry on with your life

Worrying won’t fix anything

It will just rob you of joy

Fragment your mind

And waste precious time
