We allowed ourselves
To lose sight of this
Pitting us against each other
In overly competitive mindsets
And carrying around a
Corrosive spirit of offense
If someone doesn’t agree
With our way of thinking
Of our way of believing
Of our way of living
Of our way
This over competitiveness
This spirit of offense
Weakens community
Corrupts good will
Creates division
And a divided
Mind
