Learning to

Dissolve my mind into my true self

Merge it into my heart

Free myself of the delusions of my mind

Realize that I am no-one and nothing

A piece of pure creation

Housed inside this skeletal frame

But not imprisoned by it

My true self

Has no shape, no form, no judgement

No need to achieve

It just is
