Light brightly shining
Illuminating the path
But I am off track
Preoccupied
Drifting

Dawn breaks
Hope springs
Maybe today
The fog will lift
Energy will surge

Each day I intend
To pick up the oars
Row
Fully focused
In the direction of my dreams

Another day passes
Oars unmoved
